Rhythm Guitarist

Fatalist Band IS LOOKING FOR A BASS PLAYER + RHYTHM GUITARIST

We are looking for two permanent members to join Fatalist: bass and rhythm guitar.

Not hired guns. Not “available for local shows when my schedule allows.” We are looking for people who want to actually be part of the band, write with us, record with us, tour with us, and see how far we can take this thing.

A little about us first:

We are an LA-based heavy band influenced by bands like Dealer, Orthodox, Varials, Mugshot, etc. The music is challenging, and we intend to keep it that way.

We are all in our mid-30s and are, frankly, boring in the best possible way. We take the music seriously, we like each other, it’s a good collaborative vibe.

Right now we are playing around LA roughly once a month and pushing for more.

What we need from you:

• Live within roughly 100 miles of Los Angeles, or be willing and able to come to LA at least once a month, usually more often before shows, tours, writing sessions, or content days.

• Be genuinely tour ready. having a job/life situation that allows you to leave for roughly 2–4 weeks at a time once or twice a year.

• Know that music is something you actually want to pursue. We need someone who wants that growth

• Want to be a real member of the band. We want you involved in writing, recording, decisions, content, shows, tours, and everything that comes with it.

• Be able to record high-quality tracks from home.

• Have a clean background. We fully intend to have “big things coming.” What we do not intend to have coming are allegations.

Major bonuses:

• Experience playing this style of music
• Previous touring experience
• Comfortable using in-ears
• Current passport
• You genuinely enjoy writing and want to contribute creatively

Upcoming commitments include:

• October 8: opening for Soulfly at the Whisky
• October 15–25: West Coast run
• October 31: additional date + TJ show
