Roofing Sales Representative

About the role

This is an outside sales position.

Right On Roof On Construction & Claims Services LLC is growing.

Tasks

• Knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Introduce homeowners to our free roof inspections
• Inspect roofs and document storm damage
• Build trust and earn signed agreements
• Work with homeowners on insurance claims
• Close roofing projects and grow your business

Requirements

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable knocking doors daily
• Reliable transportation (truck preferred within 90 days)
• Professional appearance & communication
• Sales experience a plus – we’ll train the right person

Pay

• High commission with no cap on earnings
• Performance bonuses
• Possible uncapped six-figure earning potential is performance-dependent and not guaranteed.
