RPA UiPath Lead/Solution Architect

Tasks

• Lead enterprise automation initiatives, design end-to-end RPA solutions, and guide technical teams.
• Production bot support, troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Technical leadership, code reviews and mentoring junior developers
• Offshore delivery coordination and client stakeholder management

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• 8+ years of UiPath experience
• 5+ years of UiPath Solution Architect experience
• 3+ years of Technical Lead experience
• UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots and REFramework
• UiPath Insights, Document Understanding and UiPath AI offerings
• SAP, Salesforce and legacy application automation
• Outlook, Excel, Macros, PDF, OCR, Computer Vision and API-driven automation
• C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework and .NET Core
• SOAP/REST services, SQL Server 2019+
• TFS and Azure DevOps
• Strong Insurance business process knowledge
• Experience with RPA solution architecture, feasibility analysis and end-to-end implementation
