Tasks
- L2/L3 Production Support for RSA Archer applications
- RSA Archer Administration, Configuration & Development
- ServiceNow to RSA Archer Migration
- Data Mapping, Transformation, Validation & Reconciliation
- REST APIs, Web Services & Data Feed Integrations
- Incident Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Archer Workflows, Dashboards, Reports & Access Controls
- AI/AIOps, Predictive Monitoring & Intelligent Automation
Requirements
- Strong hands-on RSA Archer experience
- L2/L3 Production Support
- Archer Migration, Upgrades & Data Migration
- ServiceNow GRC Integrations
- REST APIs, SQL & Data Analysis
- ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management
- SIT, UAT, Deployment & Production Stabilization
- Preferred: Financial Services / Regulated Industry Experience and AI/AIOps exposure.
