The company’s Target-0TM process is designed to minimize loss potential in the workplace and strengthen corporate safety systems tailored to each organization.

Tasks

• Supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of safety programs on construction projects.
• Conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, documenting findings, and supporting the development of corrective actions.
• Assisting with training and toolbox talks, maintaining safety documentation and incident reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, client standards, and company procedures.
• Collaborating with project managers, supervisors, and workers to promote a strong safety culture and support SMART Safety Solutions’ Target-0TM loss prevention objectives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of construction safety practices, occupational health and safety legislation, and industry standards.
• Experience supporting or coordinating safety programs, including site inspections, hazard assessments, incident reporting, and corrective action tracking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training in a clear and inclusive manner.
