About the Role

As a Sales and Design Associate, you will be the primary contact for customers throughout the sales process. You will inspire clients with color matching and material ideas, educate them on our extensive product range, and close sales effectively. Our interactive showroom features innovative, eco-friendly countertops, cabinetry, tile, and fixtures to spark creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet customers in showroom and at home to assess needs and design preferences
• Provide expert advice on color matching and material selection
• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client requirements
• Educate customers on product features to facilitate informed decisions
• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries
• Organize and manage sales paperwork and documentation
• Coordinate in-home estimates and appointments
• Collaborate with team members and external contacts to ensure smooth sales operations
• Assist walk-in customers and maintain showroom presentation

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in home improvement preferred; countertop experience is a plus
• Strong aptitude for measurements, calculations, and structural considerations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude

This is an immediate hire opportunity with training provided. The work environment is comfortable with occasional light lifting and frequent movement.
