Alpha Electronics is hiring a full-time Sales and Marketing Associate in Puri, Odisha, India. This on-site role is an opportunity to promote products and services, build customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s sales growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales and increase brand visibility.
• Build customer relationships, understand client needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Research markets, prospective customers, and industry trends.
• Help create promotional materials and campaign content.
• Participate in sales meetings and suggest improvements to sales processes.
• Track and report sales metrics and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to strengthen sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, sales, and marketing skills.
• Proficiency with marketing software and tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
• One to two years of relevant sales or marketing experience preferred.

Team and Reporting

You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional campaigns. Collaboration with customer service, product development, and other departments is encouraged.

Compensation and Employment

Pay: 10,000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position in Puri, Odisha, India.
