Key Responsibilities Generate leads through proactive calls, outreach, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline. Present and explain Cynerza’s IT services and consulting solutions clearly to potential clients, tailoring communication to their needs. Maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by strategically managing sales activities and closing deals. Conduct market research to analyze competitors and identify emerging opportunities within the IT services sector. Prepare detailed sales reports on a daily and weekly basis to track progress and inform management decisions. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and company goals. Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning initiatives. What We're Looking For Required: Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in IT or technology services.
