Track sales performance metrics and report to management for continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Vocational Training in Retail. Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service, product knowledge, time management, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. Experience: Prior retail sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Work in a supportive, collaborative environment reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
