Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and ensure a seamless customer experience. Track sales metrics and report performance to management for continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Vocational Training in Retail. Skills: Proficiency in Sales Techniques, Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Time Management, Problem Solving, Communication, and Teamwork.
