Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily operations, including managing schedules and organizing meetings.
• Conduct cold calling to potential clients to introduce products and services effectively.
• Maintain and update sales records and databases using MS Excel and other tools.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
• Support accurate data entry tasks ensuring completeness of sales data.
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven skills in sales, cold calling, and communication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data entry skills.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a sales support role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
