Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plan and execute daily activities related to loan products at assigned retail stores (or malls).
Promote all loan products to potential and existing customers within the retail store(s) or malls.
Assist and facilitate BillEase customer loan applications and sign up.
Cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (s) while meeting/exceeding targets related to loan product sales.
Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the customer application process.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Live in the Philippines
With at least 12 months of experience in sales or customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High school diploma
Good work ethics and attitude
