Sales Associate - EDIFIER Brand

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell EDIFIER products, including speaker, headphones, earphones, and other audio accessories.
- Help customers with an advice on product features, warranty, and applicable specifications.
- Assist customers by explaining product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Recommend products based on customers’ needs and preferences.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and store KPIs.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock and damaged items.
- Keep the selling area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on EDIFIER products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare daily sales reports and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least Senior High School graduate; College level or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience in retail sales, electronics, or customer service is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and customer service skills are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of audio products or consumer electronics is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be assigned to Robinsons Manila (Ermita).
