About the role

Rethink Safety is hiring a Sales Associate to promote and sell the company's products and services, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and supporting marketing initiatives to contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A passion for technology and a willingness to learn safety software solutions.
• Knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health or as Safety Officer 2 is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, with good professional ethics, and knowledge of CRM software tools.
• Willingness to work under a hybrid work arrangement with office at Pasig City.
