About the role
vineyard vines is seeking a part-time Sales Associate at Miromar Outlets. The role assists the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service and making service a top priority.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales: Meet goals and measures, develop relationships with top customers, and support in-store event sourcing and execution.
- Customer experience: Help ensure the store reflects “Every Day Should Feel This Good” through “Hosting the Party.” Lead email capture, educate new associates on best practices, and keep the customer wish list current, notifying customers when products arrive.
- Crew development: Assist with training new associates, foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging, and energetic environment, refer top talent, and support store and team-building activities with the management team.
- Operations: Maintain efficient merchandise controls, stay aware of loss prevention, and help keep the store clean and tidy.
- Merchandising: Help maintain merchandising according to company standards.
