Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with digital marketing agencies to grow our client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and client retention.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to effectively communicate service offerings.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and tailor solutions.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction.
• Provide insights on market trends and client needs to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing our digital marketing solutions and their value.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3+ years proven experience in sales and client success within digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment managing multiple client accounts.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

Compensation: $35 per hour
