Ubiquitous Direct Marketing is hiring a full-time Sales Consultant in Mokopane, Limpopo, South Africa. In this on-site role, you will build customer relationships, deliver excellent service, and contribute to sales growth as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to grow sales.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Present and sell products using effective sales techniques to achieve targets.
• Understand customer needs and preferences through clear, attentive communication.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Share sales insights and strategies in regular team meetings.
• Track sales performance metrics and use results to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager, teammates, and other departments to support customer satisfaction and business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective sales skills, including the ability to close sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Sales or other customer-facing experience preferred.
