Key Responsibilities Generate leads and prospect new clients including consultants, EPCs, and corporates to expand our market presence. Manage inquiries efficiently, conducting detailed product demos and presentations that highlight the unique benefits of our capital equipment. Prepare compelling proposals , negotiate terms, and close sales deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Understand complex equipment such as process and packaging machinery, tailoring solutions to customer-specific requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, staying informed on industry trends in pharma and food & beverage sectors. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. Support marketing initiatives by participating in trade shows, analyzing competitor activity, and delivering accurate sales forecasts. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, coordinate with internal teams including service and project management, and travel extensively within the region. Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities and maintain competitive advantage. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in sales engineering within the capital equipment sector. Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering concepts clearly. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for effective sales management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Preferred: Certifications in engineering sales or relevant technical disciplines. Experience working with pharma or food & beverage industry clients. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
