Sales Executive

Role Description The Sales Executive at Viajes y Viajes Estudios will focus on promoting and selling study-abroad and educational travel programs to prospective clients in Medellín and surrounding areas. This full-time, on-site role involves meeting with students and families, presenting program options, explaining requirements, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The Sales Executive will manage leads, follow up with prospects, prepare quotes, and close sales while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also includes collaborating with marketing on campaigns, attending fairs or events, and providing ongoing customer service before and after program departure.Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Comfort working with CRM systems, office productivity tools, and online communication platforms.Knowledge or interest in international education, travel programs, or study-abroad services.Ability to work on-site in Medellín and maintain a professional presence with clients and partners.Proficiency in Spanish; English language skills are highly beneficial.Relevant education or experience in sales, business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
