Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities locally and regionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management review.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching to enhance the sales team’s capabilities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools.
• Industry certifications are advantageous.
