Requirement:
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based or call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills.
• Confidence handling customer conversations and asking for commitment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong active listening and questioning skills.
• Empathy and patience when working with customers facing challenging circumstances.
• Ability to handle rejection and difficult conversations without losing focus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems at once.
• A self-starter mindset with the motivation to achieve performance goals.
• Highly coachable and receptive to feedback, QA reviews, scripting changes, and ongoing training.
• Ability to work successfully in an on-site, team-based environment.
