MR Consultancy is hiring a full-time Sales Manager in Delhi, Delhi, India. Join a mid-sized organization in the sales industry and help drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead a collaborative, high-performance team. This is an on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
• Identify prospective clients and build lasting relationships through networking and effective communication.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while maximizing profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Track market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets and foster a high-performance culture.
• Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
• Partner with the marketing team to promote products and increase brand awareness.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective networking and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
• Sales management experience of 0–10 years is preferred.

Team and Reporting

Report to the Sales Director and collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align plans and deliver results. MR Consultancy values transparency, open communication, collaboration, and innovation.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: 1000000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.
