Job description
NDA is hiring a full-time, office-based Sales Manager in Lima, Peru. Join Progressivo, an online marketing education company serving the Latin American market, and help students grow their careers and businesses through practical marketing courses.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming leads and close sales.
- Prospect for and attract new clients.
- Manage prospects in the CRM and follow up consistently.
- Conduct consultations and identify client needs.
- Meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide feedback to improve sales scripts and processes.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent Spanish.
- A results-oriented mindset and ability to work toward targets.
