SALES MANAGER

Location: North York, ON GTA Travel Required

AK Level & Polish Inc. is looking for an experienced, driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate new business and develop strong client relationships
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
• Meet with clients, conduct site visits, and understand project requirements
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure successful project delivery
• Track sales activities and manage pipeline using CRM
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in construction sales (concrete flooring industry is an asset)
• Strong understanding of concrete polishing, epoxy coatings, floor leveling, and surface preparation as an asset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel throughout the GTA
• Ability to read drawings, documents, and reference charts
• Strong organizational and time management skills
