Job Description: As the Marketing and Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company. Your responsibilities will include: Development of Product Concept and Brand Creation: - Lead the conceptualization and branding of our new Epoxy and Urethane Coatings, ensuring they resonate with target markets and reflect our company values. Development and Implementation of Marketing Complex: - Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our new products, utilizing innovative approaches to reach our target audience effectively. Preliminary Marketing Research: - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape for the new coatings, informing product development and marketing strategies. Business Strategy Development: - Formulate and implement business strategies aimed at increasing sales, expanding market share, and attracting new customers. Supplier Negotiation and Distribution Network Establishment: - Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product quality and competitiveness. - Establish and manage distribution networks for our new products, identifying strategic partners and channels for market penetration. Internet and Mobile Application Development: - Plan, organize, and oversee the development and maintenance of Internet and Mobile applications to enhance our online business activities and strategy. Online Presence Management: - Work closely with advertising and marketing teams to plan, develop, and evaluate our company's online presence. - Manage online communications, marketing campaigns, commercial activities, and social media platforms to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
