Sales Relationship Associate

Handle inbound customer inquiries through the hotline. Provide accurate information, assistance, and appropriate solutions to customers. Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Ensure quality customer service and maintain customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and transactions. Perform other contact center-related duties as assigned. Qualifications include at least Senior High School Graduate or College Level, preferably residing near Ortigas, Pasig, willing to work on a shifting schedule (Morning, Mid, and Evening Shift), willing to work on holidays and render overtime when needed, dedicated, reliable, and committed to the role, with good communication and customer service skills as an advantage.
