THE ROLE
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and inquiries
- Present products/services and close sales
- Build strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records in the system
- Work collaboratively with the team

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- With BPO or sales experience preferred
- Experience in inbound or outbound sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, persuasive and results-driven
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Can work independently and achieve individual and team goals
- Good computer and multitasking skills
