Role DescriptionThe Medical Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panamá. This role involves promoting the clinic’s regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy services to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
The Medical Sales Representative will conduct product and service presentations, provide detailed scientific and clinical information, and follow up with prospects and existing clients to support patient referrals. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing reports, collaborating with medical and administrative teams, and staying current with industry developments and clinic protocols. The role also requires regular visits to healthcare facilities, participation in conferences or events, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing opportunities in healthcare settings.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to explain complex medical concepts clearly and support healthcare partners and patients professionally.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand regenerative therapies, treatment protocols, and relevant clinical information.Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.Bachelor’s degree in a health-related, scientific, or business field is preferred; prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or clinical service sales is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Panamá, conduct regular field visits, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish is highly beneficial.
