✅ What We're Looking For:
✓ Sales experience required.
✓ Experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales is highly preferred.
✓ BPO experience is not required.
✓ Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
✓ Confident speaking with prospective clients over the phone.
✓ Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
✓ Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
✓ Proficient in basic computer applications.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✓ Contact and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound communications
✓ Qualify leads and gather relevant information regarding potential legal matters
✓ Explain services and guide potential clients through the intake process
✓ Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
✓ Schedule consultations and appointments as needed
✓ Accurately document client information in company systems
✓ Meet sales, conversion, and performance targets
✓ Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
