The Sales Representative engages with customers on the sales floor, greeting visitors, understanding their needs, and guiding them through product options. Daily responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, preparing price quotes, processing sales transactions, and coordinating delivery or pickup details. The role also involves maintaining a clean, well-organized showroom, updating product displays, and tracking inventory levels in collaboration with the store team. Sales Representatives contribute to achieving store sales targets while providing respectful, inclusive, and professional customer service.Qualifications Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and support customers through the buying process.Experience in retail, furniture, or home décor environments and strong product presentation skills.Effective communication and active listening abilities, with comfort interacting in person throughout the day.Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software for processing orders and maintaining records.Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally assist with light showroom merchandising tasks during a full shift.Reliable, punctual, and organized, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting individual and team sales goals.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail management is a plus.Fluency in Spanish and English is highly beneficial for serving a diverse customer base in San Juan.
