Job description
Ningbo MH Industry Co., Ltd. is hiring a full-time Textile Sales Representative in Odesa, Ukraine. This on-site role offers the opportunity to grow sales and expand market reach for the company’s textile products. You will work with colleagues across sales, marketing, and product development to meet customer needs and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Research the textile market to identify customer needs, preferences, and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication and effective negotiation.
- Prospect new customers, generate leads, and grow the customer base.
- Develop and carry out go-to-market initiatives to increase product awareness and sales.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Use Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to track sales pipelines, manage customer information, and prepare reports.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Sales experience; experience in the textile industry is preferred.
- Strong market research, negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Problem-solving ability and strong presentation skills.
- One to three years of relevant sales experience preferred; entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply.
Reporting and Collaboration
Report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with experienced sales colleagues and cross-functional teams. This position is full-time and based in Odesa, Ukraine; remote work is not available.
