QXI HR (POC) PVT LTD is hiring a full-time Field Sales Executive in Rājkot, Gujarat, India. This on-site role offers the opportunity to connect customers with the company’s products and services, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and grow market share.
- Research local markets, identify prospective customers, and understand their needs.
- Meet with clients in person, deliver presentations, and demonstrate products.
- Use CRM software to manage leads, track sales activity, and maintain customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and sales terms while working toward customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing to align sales strategies and outreach.
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to adapt sales approaches and identify opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales or related experience; 2–5 years is preferred.
- Experience with market research, analysis, CRM software, and sales management tools.
- Knowledge of developing and implementing sales strategies.
Work Environment
Work collaboratively with sales colleagues and teams in marketing and product development. The role reports to the Sales Manager and is based on site in Rājkot, Gujarat, India.
