WHAT YOU’LL DO
Meet with homeowners for free on-site estimates
Present design options and material selections
Prepare and send detailed proposals and estimates
Follow up with leads and potential clients
Close sales and meet monthly goals
Maintain strong customer relationships
Work closely with the office and installation team
Represent Rubio Pavers professionally in the community

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Sales experience preferred (construction, outdoor living, or home improvement plans)
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Reliable and professional
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Knowledge of pavers, landscaping, or construction
a plus (we will train) high confidence
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
