Remote Salesforce Architect / Senior Salesforce Developer - US

Company: Value Innovation Labs Location: Remote, United States Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card) only Availability: Immediate joiner Role Overview Value Innovation Labs is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect / Senior Salesforce Developer with over 10 years of Salesforce development experience and at least 3 years in an Architect role. This position supports federal clients and requires strong expertise in OmniStudio, integrations, enterprise Salesforce architecture, security, DevOps, and federal compliance environments. Key Responsibilities Lead scalable and secure Salesforce solution architecture design and implementation Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, Triggers, and Validation Rules Design and implement OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions Provide troubleshooting, production support, and deliver enhancements in complex environments Implement security best practices compliant with NIST, FISMA, and ATO standards including RBAC, SSO, and MFA Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git within structured SDLC and deployment processes Leverage AI and emerging technologies such as Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and AI-assisted workflow automation (highly preferred) Required Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience 3+ years of Salesforce Architect experience 3+ years of strong OmniStudio experience Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, Triggers, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and REST/SOAP API integrations Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models and federal compliance requirements Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps and Git Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required Preferred Qualifications Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification Previous experience supporting Federal Government or Government Agency projects Experience with Salesforce AI/Eintein and intelligent workflow automation Note: This is a full-time remote position available to U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
