Remote Salesforce Architect / Senior Salesforce Developer - Oregon, USA

Value Innovation Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect / Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team remotely in Oregon, United States. This role requires 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 3 years in an Architect capacity, supporting federal government clients.

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Architect / Senior Salesforce Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. You will leverage your expertise in OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and DevOps to deliver enterprise-level Salesforce architecture aligned with federal security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Salesforce architectures that meet scalability and security requirements.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, and OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, REST and SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and ATO security frameworks including RBAC, SSO, MFA, and vulnerability remediation.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git to support structured SDLC and deployment processes.
• Provide troubleshooting, production support, and continuous enhancement delivery.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies such as Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and AI-assisted workflow automation to enhance intelligent workflow solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
• Strong expertise in OmniStudio (3+ years).
• Proficient with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, Triggers, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API integrations.
• Knowledge of federal government security standards (NIST, FISMA, ATO).
• Experience with DevOps tools including Azure DevOps and Git.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card) required.
• Immediate availability to join.

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer (strongly preferred)

Additional Preferences

• Previous experience supporting Federal Government or Government Agencies.
