Job description
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience operating as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
- Deep, hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (SFS) with proven mastery in scheduling, dispatching, and routing.
- Proven experience configuring service appointments, skills-based routing, resource availability models, service territories, and automated dispatch engines.
- Demonstrated ability to translate intricate field workforce management (WFM) processes into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prior experience supporting WFM-to-Salesforce transformation projects, managing SIT/UAT testing, and driving stakeholder workshops.
- Day-1 Onsite readiness in St. Louis, MO.
Schedule
- 6 Months Contract (Target Start: Q4 2026)
- 100% Onsite commitment in St. Louis, MO (Day 1 Onsite mandatory).
Pay
- $58.00/hr W2 | $68.00/hr C2C Max
