Salesforce Change Manager

About the role

Lead organizational change management, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption for enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives.

Tasks

• Develop and execute organizational change management strategies aligned with the Prosci ADKAR framework.
• Build effective change communication plans that explain business objectives, transformation benefits, and the impact of change.
• Partner with internal communications teams to develop compelling change narratives and stakeholder messaging.
• Gather Voice of the Customer (VoC) feedback and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the transformation.
• Establish and lead Change Champion and Super User networks across business functions and regions.
• Design and deliver role-based training programs, instructor-led sessions, digital learning content, job aids, and quick reference guides.
• Collaborate with business teams, Salesforce experts, Ironclad specialists, and implementation partners to align organizational readiness with technical delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, simulations, pilot programs, and go-live support activities.
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs, user engagement metrics, business readiness indicators, and change effectiveness measures.
• Prepare executive-level reports highlighting adoption progress, business risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Capture lessons learned, success stories, and continuous improvement opportunities to support long-term adoption.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Ironclad CLM, and the Prosci ADKAR change management framework.

• Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite
