Job description
TekBricks is hiring a full-time Salesforce Developer in Waxhaw, North Carolina. In this on-site role, you will design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, working with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure and maintain workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and reports.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Develop and deploy solutions with Salesforce DX and version control tools.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and QA teams.
- Apply security, performance, and scalability best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Lightning Experience and LWC.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model.
- Experience with integrations and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, or Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
Compensation and Benefits
