Job description
Tasks
- Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Architecture, Development & Integration
Requirements
- Hands-on development experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Field Service (formerly FSL), including Service Resources, Service Appointments, Work Orders, Scheduling Policies, Dispatcher Console, and Optimization Rules.
- Strong hands-on coding expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Asynchronous Apex), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow Builder.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting the Salesforce Field Service Mobile App (offline flows, mobile flows, and inventory tracking).
- Proven track record integrating Salesforce FSL with enterprise ERP, inventory, and field management systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant or Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are highly preferred.
