Salesforce Operations Engineer

Tasks

• Manage and monitor Salesforce environments to ensure platform stability and availability.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Manage deployments, releases, sandboxes, and production environments.
• Handle Salesforce user management, security settings, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Support Salesforce Flows, Apex jobs, scheduled jobs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Salesforce CLI, Git, and DevOps tools.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow or Jira.
• Maintain operational dashboards, documentation, runbooks, and monitoring procedures.
