Job description
Requirements
- strong Architect expertise (80%) and hands-on experience (30%), excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and lead both onsite and offshore stakeholders.
- 10+ years leading enterprise application, Salesforce/CRM, sales, pricing, or commercial transformation programs.
- Deep Salesforce platform expertise required.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, pricing, customer master data, and customer-facing business processes preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large ERP (Oracle Fusion) transformation programs and assessing downstream application impacts.
