Salesforce Tech Lead

Tasks

• Lead Salesforce development, customization, and integration initiatives.
• Design and develop solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Implement REST/SOAP integrations, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and onshore/offshore teams.
• Drive CI/CD, release management, production support, and technical governance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SOQL.
• Proven experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Experience with GitHub, Copado, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is required.
• Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification.
