Tasks

• Lead Salesforce development and enterprise integration initiatives.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Implement REST/SOAP integrations and middleware solutions.
• Drive code reviews, technical governance, and Salesforce best practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Support production issue resolution and Agile delivery.

Requirements

• 12+ Years
• W2 Only
• Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Apex & Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• CI/CD Pipelines & DevOps
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with GitHub, Copado, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
• Strong communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
