Job description
About the role
Neurasol is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and technical direction, and drive enterprise Salesforce transformation and digital modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable solutions using Lightning Experience, LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, and Flows.
- Define application, integration, security, and data architecture.
- Establish technical governance, development standards, and deployment strategies.
- Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft, ETL, and cloud services.
- Design solutions for high-volume data processing, migration, synchronization, and reporting.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to Salesforce developers and technical teams.
- Lead architecture workshops, technical discussions, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience and 6+ years of Salesforce Architecture, Design & Development.
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise transformation.
- Experience establishing new Salesforce organizations and enterprise architecture standards.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and Lightning Platform.
- Agile delivery experience with geographically distributed teams.
- Healthcare Payer domain experience is highly preferred.
- Must-have certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
