Requirements
- 8+ Years Overall IT Experience
- Strictly No GC
- Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Agentforce
- Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Implementation & Transformation
- Agile / Scrum / Waterfall
- SDLC, DevOps & Release Management
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps & ServiceNow
- End-to-End Program / Project Delivery
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Budget & Resource Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Executive Communication & Delivery Governance
- Previous experience as Salesforce Technical PM / Delivery Manager / Technical Program Manager.
- PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or regulated industry experience is an advantage.
