We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of Salesforce technical knowledge, project/program management, delivery governance, and stakeholder management experience.

📌 Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.
Manage multiple workstreams, project dependencies, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and technical teams.
Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery planning.
Oversee Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Manage Salesforce modernization, migration, and release management initiatives.
Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
Ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of overall IT experience with significant Salesforce program delivery experience.
Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical PM, Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Consultant, or Architect.
PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or other regulated industry expe
