📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
💼 Experience: 8+ Years Overall IT Experience
We are looking for an experienced #SalesforceTechnicalProjectManager to lead complex Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, and transformation programs.
🔑 Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge of #SalesforceSales Cloud and Service Cloud
Understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce
Salesforce Technical Project / Program Management
Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, and release management
Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
Stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery governance
Cross-functional team coordination and dependency management
🎯 Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent certification
Salesforce certifications
Banking, financial services, or payments industry experience
📍 Work Location: Phoenix, Arizona — Onsite
