- Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud experience.
- Knowledge of Agentforce, Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Salesforce implementation, migration & transformation projects.
- Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps & Release Management.
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical delivery experience.
- Preferred: PMP/SAFe/Scrum certifications and Banking/Financial Services experience.
