Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce technical knowledge, project management expertise, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:
Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, and transformation projects.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and Release Management.
Ability to manage multiple project workstreams and cross-platform dependencies.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and coordination skills.
Strong expertise in risk, issue, dependency, budget, and resource management.
Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience delivering Salesforce programs.
Previous experience as a Salesforce Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Consultant/Architect certifications.
PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or other regulated industries.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
