- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce programs, including implementation, modernization, migration, and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ Years
- Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Implementation, Modernization & Migration
- Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps & Release Management
- Project / Program Management and Delivery Governance
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow
- Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication
- Risk, Issue, Dependency, Financial & Resource Management
- Cross-platform Dependencies & Multiple Workstream Management
- Preferred: PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent certification
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Consultant/Architect certifications
- Preferred: Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or other regulated industry experience
- Preferred: Previous experience as Salesforce Technical PM, Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Manager
