Key Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their packaging needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain a robust database of customer information and sales activity using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Prepare and present sales proposals, ensuring clarity and alignment with customer requirements. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure customer requests are met efficiently and effectively. Monitor sales metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as necessary. Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our brand. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in Customer Relationship Management with proficiency in relevant software. At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. As part of our Sales team, you will work alongside dedicated professionals and report directly to the Sales Manager.
