Tasks

• Support stakeholder identification, impact assessment, change planning & business readiness.
• Develop & coordinate communications, engagement plans, training plans and adoption materials.
• Maintain governance calendars, status reporting, actions, risks, issues, dependencies & decision logs.
• Coordinate workstream reporting & consolidate progress for program leadership.
• Support cutover communications, training coordination & post-go-live adoption.
• Work with functional teams to translate solution changes into business impacts and required actions.
• Coordinate with client PMO to avoid duplication and clarify ownership.

Requirements

• 12+ Years
• Valid US work authorization required; CPT/OPT not accepted
• Passport + I-94 Travel History Required
• SAP Transformation & Change Management
• PMO Governance & Program Coordination
• Stakeholder Engagement & Business Readiness
• Training, Communications & Adoption Planning
• RAID Management – Risks, Actions, Issues & Dependencies
• Status Reporting, Decision Logs & Workstream Coordination
• Cutover, Deployment & Post-Go-Live Support
• Cross-functional SAP Manufacturing Workstreams
• Client-facing management consultant with strong communication, governance, stakeholder management, and SAP transformation experience.
• Life Sciences or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.
